Support Request

To send us a support inquiry, feedback, or comments, please contact us via the Support Request option in the Screens Connect menu.

You'll notice that an attachment is included. This is a Diagnostic Report, which provides detailed information about the issue you're experiencing. It's strongly recommended that you try to reproduce the issue before sending a support request; this ensures that the Diagnostic Report includes information directly related to the problem. It's also important to provide a detailed description of the issue so that we have plenty of supporting information to diagnose and help you solve the problem.
