Prevent Computer from Sleeping

This setting keeps your Mac awake at all times.

Use Remote Login

Enable this setting if you wish to have a secure network connection between Screens and your Mac. Note that because data is encrypted/decrypted on the fly, this adds operational overhead, resulting is a slower connection.
